Cancellation policy

CONFIRMATORY DEPOSIT: In case of cancellation made within 5 days * of the arrival date it will be possible to reuse the deposit in terms to be agreed with the Management and for a stay of a similar amount to the one canceled.
The cancellation made after the aforementioned term involves the loss of the deposit.

CREDIT CARD: In case of cancellation or changes made up to 5 days * before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

For cancellations / changes / no-shows (no show) after the aforementioned deadline, the cost of the total amount of the booked stay will be charged to the credit card given as guarantee.

This cancellation policy is not valid for the discounted Non-Refundable rate (Advanced Booking). In this case, the booking amount will be charged at the time of the reservation and will not be returned in case of cancellation.

No reimbursement is due to the guest who decides to interrupt the stay already undertaken and therefore is required to pay for the entire booked stay.
